Bobby Perkins started working concrete in 1995, long before Perkins Concrete Consulting LLC existed as a company. Nearly three decades later, in 2021, he formalized that experience into PCC LLC, bringing a career's worth of technique, judgment, and problem-solving to every driveway, patio, and foundation the company touches.
